Does the 1kg pack contain 1kg of pork?

No. The 1kg pack contains 900g of Thịt heo gác bếp (smoked pork) and 100g of Muối chẩm chéo (dipping salt). The 500g pack contains 450g pork + 50g salt; the 250g pack contains 200g pork + 50g salt. The listed price covers the whole pack.

Can I buy Muối chẩm chéo (dipping salt) separately?

Yes. A 160g net weight jar costs 45,000 ₫. Select it in the pricing section and check availability with PPFoods before ordering.

When is shipping free?

PPFoods offers free shipping on orders of 1,000,000 ₫ or more. For smaller orders, confirm the fee and delivery time for your address via Zalo.

How should I store and use the products?

Unopened Thịt heo gác bếp (smoked pork): refrigerate for 30 days or freeze for 4 months from the production date. After opening: seal tightly; refrigerate for 5–7 days or freeze for 1–2 months. Keep Muối chẩm chéo (dipping salt) dry and tightly closed; use within 6 months of opening. See the full policy and check each batch label.

Quality, packaging, wrong/missing items and expiry issues are covered as specified in the policy. PPFoods responds within 1–3 working days after receiving complete information.
